All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special shout-out goes to Raul! He truly stood out. He went out of his way to engage with my son, taking the time to chat and connect with him in a genuine and thoughtful way. It meant a lot to us as parents and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was elegant and peaceful, with top-notch service and attention to detail. We appreciated the calm atmosphere, the clean and spacious rooms, and the excellent location.
