Good valuePosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Not sure one choice of fruit with coffee or tea should be called breakfast. Muffins were added on Wed but still not much to talk about.

Don't stay here....terrible!Posted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: The location was close to where my appointment was, & major highways. The bed was also comfortable.
Cons: The smell of stale ciggarets needs to be improved, the entire 3rd floor was terrible smelling! Also having a pool as shown on web site may help.
Location: It was in Temple Terrace, FL...not sure what's close...I guess a beach is about 30 mins. But I stayed here because it was close to dr. office.
My room & entire floor smelled like a stale ashtray....I'm a smoker & couldn't handle the stench of this place! Went out & bought a bottle of fabreez, ended up using entire bottle in less than 24hrs. Booked as a package deal through Expedia & online it showed a pool. Needless to say there wasn't any, I'm sure one of the only hotels in Tampa without pool :( for the money it cost to stay there a night, you would expect it to be a little cleaner/ smell better, & to be accurate to the description given on web site! Continental breakfast was kids granola bars, coffee, & wrapped old muffins. I've stayed in extended stay America hotels before....but this by far was the worst I've ever stayed at! Checked in late (around midnight) & stood at front desk waiting for employee to finish her 5 minute personal phone conversation before she even realized that I was standing there. Actually had to interrupt her to get her attention! I will never book a room here again & would've changed hotels if I didn't already pay in advance for this room. I would not recommend this hotel to friends, family, or even enemies.

Chell - Thank you for your recent review of your stay. I am sorry to hear that the hotel had a slight smoke smell and our staff did not attend to your needs in a timely fashion. I am retraining my staff to check hallways and deodorize them when needed to ensure that the hotel smells fresh at all times to avoid this from happening in the future. I also have spoken with the staff member about taking personal calls while on duty. This is not a normal practice and I'm truly very sorry . Thank you again for providing us with your feedback. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.

close to school, clean, and functionalPosted Jul 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
When I walked in the hotel was very clean. There were not many amenities, but for what I paid it was surprisingly equipped with a laundry room, a workout room (treadmill and recumbent bike) and a vending area. I believe I walked in on a training session so I had to be a little more patient than usual, but overall I was satisfied with the easy check-in and check out process. The hotel is close to USF and several restaurants on the way to the school- which was very convenient for my early morning test. My recommendation is to bring your own toilet paper because the single ply rolls are not for everyone.

Friendly cheap hotel thats a home away from home.Posted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Dont expect a four star hotel and you wont be disappointed. Rooms are nice and clean and comfy, the kitchenette is very useful, hob and microwave and fridge freezer. All you need for a cheap stay away from home. Very nice staff.

Inexpensive but not worth it.Posted Jun 1, 2013
Pros: Price was low.
Location: Far from airport.
We made a reservation for two non-smoking rooms. When we checked in, one of the rooms they gave us was for smoking and it smelled strongly like it. When we requested to be moved to a non-smoking room per the reservation they told us that there was nothing they could do. Also, the sheets had a weird perfumed smell.
