The RoomPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: The bed, shower, & staff were nice.
Cons: Remodel & teach the housekeeping staff how to clean.
Location: It was very close to Beale Street & many other entertainment opportunities.
We were afraid to touch the couch. It was filthy & looked like a Goodwill reject! The bed was the cleanest thing in the room (thank God). The bathroom wasn't too bad but the drain plug was lying in the tub & I don't think they cleaned in the corners or under the counter for years.

Lost in West MemphisPosted Jun 1, 2013
The entrance to the hotel was not visible at all. The pool had no water in it which seemed odd considering we stayed on Memorial weekend. And my credit card was double charged which left me with no extra cash until it was cleared up 48 hours later. It took 30 minutes to actually find the hotel which was described as being just off the interstate.

NO COMFORT HERE!!!!Posted May 27, 2013
Pros: Nothing to mention.
Cons: Everything, Even the BREAKFAST SUCKED!!!
Location: NEXT DOOR TO A TRUCK STOP!!! WE DID NOT KNOW THIS.
Coming from Chicago with a ten hour drive, We did arrive a HALF AN HOUR before check-in WHAT A BIG DEAL. Our room was not ready, We were showed a another room that was full of smoke (we requested nonsmoking). The third room was ok until we turned the air on the compressor was so loud we had to turn the TV up to drown the sound. Checked out a FOURTH room smoke and noise. We just stay away from the room as long as possible sightseeing. Not a good experience the hotel is next door to a TRUCK STOP, Not one we will stay at again!!!!!!!!!!

Expect a little below average...Posted Jul 29, 2012
Not bad overall, but several factors brought my scoring down: * hotel is right next door to a truck yard. Semis arriving and backing in all night was noisy and kept us up. * 1 of 3 light fixtures in the room was inoperative. * the current problem with most motels is mattresses that are past their prime. No exception here, I'm afraid. * for a motel just off the Interstate, my standards weren't high to begin with. Z

Poop opens in JunePosted May 7, 2012
The hotel is a easily manageable distance from the Beale st music festival but with temperatures in the 90s it would have be helpful to notes that the hotel pool ens in June.

Woman running the desk was rude. Refused to let us in through the main entrance at 9:45 p.m. told us we had to use the key to swipe at a back entrance. Called her the day after we left to report leaving our 2 cell phone charges plugged into the wall, told me to call back the next day when cleaning staff was there. Didn't offer any assistance at all.
