"We had a lovely stay at this hotel that literally was next to Victoria station. It was a cheerful place with helpful and attentive staff who listened to our requests and acted on them. The bed was superior, the bathroom was very well organized and the staff switched us to a shower rather than a bath/ shower as we have physical limitations. "All about location, otherwise this offered no more than a Travel Lodge but at twice the price. It was clean and comfortable, albeit not spacioys. Breakfast at 8.45am was at its lowest and luke warm but I think would have been very good had it have been hot. Staff available to assist but not hovvering. "
