This hotel is dirty. From the mold around the bathroom doors to the dirty pool of water around the fridge. Obviously the fridge had drained water and it dried around the bottom of the fridge and turned black. We stayed 4 nights. First night a vacuum was left in the middle of the hallway. Our door didn’t shut properly and required us to pull or push hard on it. We thought it was shut the first night and found out it had been open all night long. Reported to the front desk but never fixed. Cleaning the room literally took 3.5 mins. No disinfecting. We checked out and about 5 mins later realized we forgot something and asked to go back up. The room had already been “cleaned” for the next guest. No amenities at all in this hotel. Lots of “workers” wearing tshirts from the Hard Rock. Maybe they share staff. Best place to go for breakfast is the Pasterie across the road Worstpart was insistence of putting a hold on our credit card of the full room amount for our stay despite having already paid in full through Expedia. On check out they insisted we hadn’t paid through Expedia and put the charge through our credit card. We showed and emailed all the Expedia receipts but were told it hadn’t been paid and they refused to refund us the charge. We had a train to catch and insisted we be refunded and very reluctantly they did so - after I began very upset and pointed in the lobby and other guests could hear. Overall a poor experience. We will NEVER stay here again.
