I booked 2 rooms as it was my friends 40th birthday getaway. The sink was blocked and kept over flowing, the shower didn’t work very well & again water wouldn’t drain very well and none of us slept very well as you could hear banging from upstairs and creeky floorboards. We told reception that it was our friends birthday & no effort was made to make it special stay. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Building old so very tired and noisy because in central London near a pub and no double-glazing. Food ok but wouldn't want to eat there every night.
