"This hotel is beautiful. We had a suite and enjoyed the extra space of the sitting room. The room and the hotel are modern, lovely and comfortable. The shower has a full door! We appreciate this, after other places with those ridiculous half-doors. The area is wonderful, right in the middle of the city, with stores, restaurants, and the arch right outside your door. We coud not be happier with this hotel and will stay there again."

"We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we had was the shower door did not have a tight seal so water would...

"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."

"On average everything is good. Except it is a long walk to the center of everything. Walking to there is fine but when you return to the hotel it’s a bit tiring as you hv to go up slopes. For our age past 62 it’s a bit hassle"
