"The house has not been updated. It smells old the second you walk in, the carpets are old, cabinets old and don’t open and close well. Two rooms are upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. It was 90 degrees with no AC. I wish I had paid more attention to the listing. It was annoying to go downstairs at night just to use the restroom. The guest shower was super small - you could barely turn around. Overall the price was too high for the condition of the property."

"We've stayed at several cabins in Arnold and this one has been the best one so far! Others tend to be not as great as the pictures show, this one I felt looks better in person than the pictures show, and they're good pictures. It is clean, spacious, great living room, eating areas, deck (hope to return in the summertime to take advantage of it - the deck lights, the grill, the outdoor furniture and the view). Two suggestions for the owners: 1. replace the couches (we managed to feel comfortable...

"We had the best time staying at the cub house with our 3 kids- ages 7, 11 and 13. The house had plenty of cozy blankets and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so it was easy to cook dinner. We felt very comfortable, safe and had a great time playing games and enjoying the hot tub. This was truly a fantastic property and we hope to come back soon."

"The room and property were good quality for the price. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much selection and they ran out of most of the stuff by 8:30 on Sunday morning. The TV hookup was strange. The DVD player seemed to be wired across the room and when we moved in the bed, the wires seemed to disconnect and the movie stopped."

"Location on the beach was perfect, love that they have patio furniture, fire pits and bbq’s. Only downside was paddle boards, no where to safely store them. But the staff came up with a solution that wormed. Units were really big, so much space. Great stay!"

"This is our 4th time staying at this resort. We love the location, the pool area and how well maintained the place is. Both mine and my wife’s complaint this time was the bed itself and pillows, we have never slept worse in a hotel then this trip… besides that, everything else was great."
