Outside of the cold this place is awsome and we are already planning a trip back to enjoy it when it warms up. You get a little off everthing the tranquility, clean sea breeze, stars at night. "My family and I took my grandson down here for his first ever beach vacation and he (3 years old) had the best time and so did we loved this place . It was big enough for 6 adults and 1 child . The place was clean and comfortable!!! We will be back for more family fun vacations"

"Cabin was clean and hospitable however there was not any toilet paper so we had to buy some and the shower had very little water pressure so my husband removed the shower head and cleaned the filter which made it much better. The pool on the property wasn’t very clean so we did not use it. The owner was out of town during the time we were there."

"The title says it all, we went to sargent to have fun, do some fishing and just relax. From start to finish everything went smoothly. We had no doubt as the owners kept in contact with us as needed and were prompt to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay, thanks for loaning us the crab traps as we caught plenty for bait and to eat. Make sure to bring your fishing gear, the fishing is excellent. Thank for everything."
