"We are seasoned VRBO vacationers. This home was the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. The house was in perfect condition. No wobbley tables, broken drawers, rusty beach chairs, etc. The owner genuinely seems to want you to enjoy his property and your vacation. He helped us with some transportation issues that we had and saved us an entire day of travel. As for the location, we have never been to the Outer Banks or a 4X4 beach. We drive a regular SUV and had no trouble figuring out the air in the tires and navigating the sand. We saw horses everyday. This beach has beautiful white sand and the water is clear. It really isn't as remote as one of the other comments suggested. It is maybe a bit of a hassle to deflate and air you tires, but there are plenty of places to put air in your tires for free. We made a list and grocery shopped once and went in for a meal and shopping on another afternoon. If you have any hesitations about booking this location, I highly recommend staying here. This was one of the best vacation weeks that we have had."

"A weekend trip with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach drive, the community, and the relaxation. Blake was super friendly and very responsive! The house was clean and taken care of. Enjoyed being the first to jump in the new pool! Would definitely come back for a longer stay!"

"Wonderful lodging and a unique experience Big house, that comfortably sleeps 2 “high count” families. Not just sleeps. Beautiful open spaces for a large group to move unobstructed around each other, enjoy the natural light that permeates the house, and the view from the wall-to-wall windows. Newly and pragmatically furnished and overstocked in the kitchen The house is reachable only after a 15-20 drive on the beach or sandy road. This was almost harrowing on the night of our arrival, but wonderful fun every other time. This was our first experience of beach driving and we arrived after dark and at high tide - DON’T do that. Especially if you’re not experienced. But also don’t let this small challenge discourage you and alter your choice. You’d be missing out. Do better research than I did. The tricks of beach driving are not all intuitive. For example: I never would have thought that waiting for a wave to recede in order to drive around an obstacle is the right thing to do. In our case, it was a house built close to the water, and the driving advice was given to me by an official beach patrol member. Although there are several good restaurant choices listed, we think in this case the most enjoyable meals are at the house. So stock up, relax, avoid the reservation process, the crowd, the drive and Enjoy! It was a great trip for us."

"This is our second stay at Sea Ya Round. It's such a warm and cozy home with so many amenities. We had coffee every morning sitting on the oceanfront deck/gazebo. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. Horses came right up the shore, up the dunes, and were grazing right next to our deck (within a few feet of us). Truly amazing! We hope to come back again!"

"This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. Needed linen for the pull out sofas, but Tracy was very responsive and able to put me in contact with someone to deliver linens. She was very helpful from start to finish with answering questions prior to the trip, during the trip, and helping us try to locate a lost item after we checked out. Thanks Tracy!"

"This house was very accommodating for our family. All of us had comfortable king size beds while the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is always a plus. The large kitchen and gathering areas were perfect as well as having tv’s in each bedroom for some alone time. Lovely house and great location. Would definitely stay here again!"
