The room we were initially given smelled like seafood and was not very clean and tidy. Upon requesting a new room we received a much cleaner room and were pleased. The staff was very professional.

The pool was murky. Elevators, hallways and breezeways were always super wet and slippery, pretty nasty too. Guests piled their trash up in the trashcans near elevator. Mo one moved it.

We booked a double-bed suite but received a one-bed studio. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. When we called the front desk regarding the room, they offered a non-ocean-view room that cost more. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

There were so many miistakes, I was told my room was on the 6th floor, I was looking at my key card that said 306 and I said Are you sure it's the 6th floor? she said yes, and I said 6, right? and she said yes again, so i wasted time going to the 6th floor and looking for my room and had to go back to the desk again. 30, 40 minutes .... then, she also forgot to tell me she sent me an email with my parking pass so after all that wasted time, I had to go back again to get my parking pass, so, anyway, the check in process was very slow and painful!
