Our keys didn’t work and the second time back to the desk the clerk realized he’d given us the wrong room number. We were only here for one night. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. They provided body lotion and shampoo but no shower gel. There was one tiny bar of soap, we didn’t request any products that may have been on us. The front desk personnel told me to let the engineer check out my room to see if we needed to change rooms!! Well we did now this room was dusty and black spots( look like mold was around the vents in the ceiling. I was told that this place is closing in October till next March 2025 for repairs, I wish i knew that before booking, my 5night stay I would have made other arrangements. Needs an update. During our short 3 dat stay one pool was broken down, another hot tub broken down and a family of ducks using the pools. The balconies are all under construction.
