It's an older building, but our room was recently renovated and good. The walk-in shower was top-notch. The balcony ocean-front view was just what we wanted. The room air conditioner was old and loud, but it worked just fine. The breakfast was good for a buffet and the coffee was excellent. The parking was tight and a little difficult to get to since there are only two elevators to service all rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Over-all I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn, Virginia Beach. The property is located in a prime location close to dining and shopping areas. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I love the modern style of this hotel. Overall, an excellent stay.

Everything at the Hampton Inn was wonderful, except that they allow pets, and a dog was barking constantly late into the night and we were unable to sleep. Other than this, the location is great, the beach bar is perfect, and the hotel was very comfortable.

I like the oceanfront/boardwalk access. Parking was conveniently located but tight. Don't love the tight part. There were not vending machines by the ice which disappointed one of my co-travelers. It was clean and quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. It is near the aquarium and not too far from the amphitheater.
