"We have come to Rockaway Bch. every year for the last 16 yrs. in November. We were excited to be able to get this house for the second time this year. Last year there was more of us, so we knew it was big enough for us this year. We love the big kitchen, lots of room with 6 bedrooms and the game room. The only downfall for us is we have more than 3 cars to park which is always a challenge. If the price hadn't been increased, we would be trying to book again for next year. "Had a wonderful stay at this property, very clean and stocked with games, books, snd extra linens. Location was perfect for access to beach and a very short drive into town. Comfortable furniture. Of note: Hot tub was semi-private, but still enjoyable. Also house had many stairs: main living area is on second level, unavoidable and hard for the elderly. Overall would recommend and I would stay here again."

When we drove up I was a bit concerned about the exterior of the place (It looked a lot older than their website photos showed), but the inside was clean, comfortable, and recently updated. I loved the well stocked kitchenette and found everything I needed to prepare our seafood feast. "

"Great space. Room for everyone. Great kitchen. The location is awesome. Parking is a nightmare for anyone with a car bigger than a thumbnail however. The batteries to the remotes were all dead, we had to go buy new ones. We enjoyed our time. "

"I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable."

"Right on the beach. Loved we could walk over and grab happy hour (gluten free clam chowder). Local bakery had a few gluten free options. The kitchen had most of the basics. If you plan on cooking plan accordingly. Would rent again."
