"Peaceful. I enjoyed every minute. Get up early and watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee or tea on the patio facing east. Putter around in the orchard, sit and read, lounge around in the shade in the afternoon. I often went for a walk to San Fernando, about 3 km or to the river, a little less and took in the sights. Isabel was the best host ever. She kept me in eggs and encouraged me to pick fruit from the trees in the orchard. Since for most of the stay I did not have a car she would drive me...

"The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "
