"Excellent service and spacious rooms. Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Great classic NYC vibes. Highly recommend! "
"Great location. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in the suite. Decor is a bit brown and needs updating and some of the furniture just needs to go. In the living area there were 5 tables! Overall a very comfortable and decent hotel. "
"The staff was exemplary! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and at every turn, we were provided with unexpected tokens and/or service. The accommodations were outstanding and we enjoyed the attention to details throughout the suite. Truly one of our best experiences at a hotel. "
"The staff at this hotel is what sets it apart. They are very friendly and professional. The property itself could probably do with some updating because it is a little old-fashioned. However, it is really well-maintained and it represents a great value in Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again."
"I really liked this hotel. It’s location is so central to time square which was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was a tiny fridge to store cold things. We bought snacks for the evenings and were limited to things that could be left out. Other than that this place was perfect. Nice little breakfast, clean rooms…will totally stay here again. "

"We loved the hotel for its proximity to everything we wanted to get to and the staff was very helpful with information or hailing cabs. The elevator situation was a pain unless you knew to use the service elevators and then it was a non-issue. "

"Very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet considering you're next to Times Square.
Coffee bar should stay open all day - we could not get a coffee at 2pm which was strange. Bar prices could be lower for hotel guests."
