The property was in a great location if you want to be on the East side. We easily walked everywhere we went in Midtown no problem. They have an arrangement for notarization with a nearby parking lot for discounted daily rates which was a big plus for us since we had a car. The room was clean and spacious. It just had one or two little maintenence things that needed attention, but the staff was right on top of those. Overall a great stay for the two nights we were there.

This is a well maintained hotel with a courteous and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable , attractive and spacious for New York City. The kitchenette made food cost manageable and neighborhood restaurants are excellent

I stayed five nights at this property with my four children ages 8 thru 16 as well as my handicapped mother. We had a double queen bedroom with seperate living room that had a fold out couch and kitchentte. Our room was so lovely and spacious, we didnt want to leave! Ive stayed in other hotels in Manhattan which left us feeling cramped and no room to breath. Our room we felt was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was quiet inside and out. We were plenty close and within walking distance to downtown. Also within a few minutes walking to the nearest subway to get to where we needed. There are tons of restaurants and stores all around. And the price was completely affordable and reasonable for the space and ammentitites we received. I 10/10 will recommend this hotel to everyone and will be choosing this location for our future visits to NYC.
