I really liked how our concierge helped us out on finding places of interest. His recommendations were spot on and made our trip more enjoyable! My sister received some lovely treats for her birthday and first visit to NY (on the house!) I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We booked 3 rooms and we requested for interconnected because of kids but we didn't get it. still i can understand. Parking charges U$125 perday and in that also u cant in and out. Online it says parking is U$75. Opposite hotal some construction is going on and because of that from 7am till 8pm nostop noise. Front staff, bell boy valet doesn't know how to smile. All over for me not worth it.

Overall solid stay, however the blinds didn’t work, the outside window area was filthy, the ice machine didn’t work on my floor leading me to go to another floor, the elevator requires a key to and sometimes that didn’t work as well. Only thing that was good was the bed and the set room temperature. Other than that, pretty low value Westin location as opposed to the other ones. Be careful booking here!

Amazing as Always!! The Westin at Grand Central is a beautiful and convenient hotel. The staff is always amazing, specially Mr Dennis the Doorman who always makes us feel at home! The rooms are beautiful with city views. Th food is really good. Can’t wait to ho back!

Excellent location, clean room, front desk and concierge staff were efficient and helpful. We stayed on the 6th floor. In the morning, our room smelled as if someone was cooking a greasy breakfast outside our door. At 8:45 a.m., a maid knocked and then proceeded to come in. No apology. Just, "When are you leaving?" The Westin could do a better job insulating rooms from noise. We were, of course, on 42nd Street, but I've stayed in other hotels in midtown with much better soundproofing.
