"Felt very safe and staff is quick and reliable. 3rd time here since Sept and this is my go to hotel. Great place, great staff, and walking distance to many good places. Def recommend it for anyone. May need ice machines for guests that’s about it. I like my drinks with ice just saying. "

Only (very small) glitch was being seated by the kitchen for brunch. Our bad for not making reservations. Just seems that hotel guests should get better tables especially when many tables were empty. "The STAFF is amazing, courteous and always smiling and wiling to help. The room needs updating, carpet was old and dingy (cannot vacuum anymore). Bathroom is old but clean. It is in a very convenient location close to shops, metro, bus stops and Central Park. We walked almost everywhere. Again the staff's attitude is what I really enjoyed in this hotel. "

"I was on a girls trip and stayed at The Element Times Square. It was absolutely perfect! The location was unbeatable for getting all over the city, whether we walked to Broadway Shows or to the Subway. The restaurant right next door had delicious food, and the hotel staff gave us a coupon. About the hotel staff, they were so friendly and accommodating! They would tell us which subway lines to take or where to find the best restaurants. The evening wine, beer and cheese during the week...
