"This was a great property. The only disappointment came at check out time when we were charged $34/night/room for services we did not ask for or use like bike rentals and credits at the restaurant/bar. This added to a substantial amount over 4 days and 2 rooms. Not a pleasant surprise."

"The Citizen M is a spotlessly clean and bright hotel with great staff and an amazing interior. It's steps away from. Broadway and Times Square. I'd definitely stay again. Love the iPads in the rooms to control lights, temperature, blinds etc. A great place to stay!"

"Food boxes provided at breakfast with which to make a packed lunch. Free ice cream provided every afternoon in the lobby. Never known a hotel do this before. Good size bedroom with fantastic views of New York. Would definitely stay here if ever visit NY again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times,but I noticed it’s starting to get a little shabby. The common areas are beautiful. The hotel dining is delicious and also very beautiful. However, the rooms are pretty plain and there’s a lot of wear and tear. Hotel spa was very nice and I really enjoyed it. It was one of the highlights of the hotel."
