The location was convenient based on our plans during our stay, however, for what we paid per night I would have expected better quality room conditions and amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave in room. The room was is poor quality and the elevator was still broken one week prior to our arrival. wouldn’t stay here again.

NYC is an expensive place, this hotel is certainly not worth the price tag compared to other hotel/places but again it is NYC… nothing very luxurious, average, and of course New Yorkers staff (they are not the nicest). One of the elevators from the street level to the lobby was broken and it had not been fixed in my whole stay, it created such a mess. Drinks were good in bar and the view from the bar to Time Square was A

We love the rooftop view. The problem is with the elevator from the street level to the hotel lobby which is on 7th floor. The hotel is always crowded but there is only one elevator in use so there’s always a long line so the waiting time was terrible for us

The property is conveniently located, the room is modern, and the lobby is beautiful. The room was not cleaned well, there was a very long lineup to check in, and only one elevator was working, which meant long lineups to get to the street level and up to the lobby. Alex helped us check in at the front desk and was absolutely amazing!

This was my second visit to M Social and we specifically chose it for the second time because of its convenient location to Times Square and Broadway shows. Again, M Social just blows me away with how beautifully managed, maintained, staffed, and thorough it is. I will return because out of the thousands of individuals they deal with, I felt valued. Our stay at M Social was easy, enjoyable, and restful. Nearby parking was very convenient. The property is maintained well and the room was spotless. It's right in the heart of NYC and Broadway, yet our room was quiet and our stay was restful. There is a young vibe about the place and the lobby was pretty vibrant. Amazing and fun hotel! Rooftop area is so cool and looks right down Broadway to Times Square. One of the two elevators was broken for much of our stay, but it just meant a bit of a wait to get to the lobby. Very nice room and ice machine right in our hallway. We loved it!

Great location only downside they only had one running elevator, you will be waiting in a long line just to get from the ground floor to the main lobby. We were there for a whole week and they did not even get the elevator fixed the whole time of our stay.

Only one working elevator, wait in line each day was too long, false advertisement - no pool, golf area, etc. TV didn’t work, outside lights were too bright, bar service didn’t acknowledge us both nights we were there instead we had to speak up for them to serve us.
