Have stayed at this property almost a dozen times and will be looking for other options for my next trip to NYC. Elevators are confusing and take forever to arrive after called. No longer put bathrobes in rooms. Room service delivered in brown shopping bag with plastic utensils. Food was cold and inedible. Too noisy. Too crowded.
