convenience is the word

I don’t need much when choosing lodging, just a clean spacious room. That exactly what I received, plus I liked their shuttle service. I forgot my toothpaste, but they provided it for me. Thanks guys!

In the bustling and often-times confuzing streets of San Francisco, it’s nice when someone else can do the driving. The bus tours come in handy, they take you to the major tourist attractions and you don’t need to worry about finding parking.

OK for short stay

Very convenient to airport and airport rental car center. Frequent shuttle to airport. Easy access to Hwys. 101 & 280. Ample parking. Room was basic but in good shape. Soundproofing was very good; I could hardly hear the freeway that runs behind the hotel. The swimming pool was still open and was very clean in late October. Breakfast OK. For the price, you can’t beat it in the San Francisco Area. Probably wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay, though.

Non-Smoking Rooms Not Available

My main issue with this hotel was the unavailability of a non-smoking room. I booked in advance and they still didn’t have any non-smoking rooms. I got the impression that they did not offer non-smoking rooms at all. The condition of the room was adequate for a short single night stay for myself only. However, I would definitely not bring my family and kids.

YEA, NOT IMPRESSED

The only positive thing I’ve got is that I got some rest between flights and didn’t have to hang out in the airport for 8 hours. I got no help on the courtesy phones abount when to expect the next shuttle, I had a large heavy suitcase and there was no mention of "no elevator" and that I would have to lug my luggage up the stairs at midnight, plus my carry on bag. My room # was "666", the carpet was yucky n dirty, the curtains barely closed on the large front window, and last of all there is never enough outlets in any hotel room.

I would recommend spending a little more on the price for a better qaulity room and hotel.

NOT WORTH IT

We checked out of the hotel and could not even stay there. The staff was rude on check in, and while the outside of hotel looks run down the lobby was clean and tidy so I continued to check in. When I got my room in the back of the hotel, there was a moldy mildew smell. The window was broken and air seeping in, the door would not lock, there was mold growing in several places int he room, the bathtub leaked, the roof leaked, and then there was urine on the bed and when I moved the sheets, I found MOLD! I had to check out, something about this and park at your own risk scared me enough to go somewhere else, there was no way I would stay there, let alone with my son. This was suppossed to only be a quick overnight stay after a hospital visit before we drove home the next morning. Had to go to another hotel.

Traveler's tip

There is a Four Seasons a block away from here and for $10 more for the night we were treated properly and the room not only was a HUGE step up, but was clean and comfortable. Well worth it especially if you still want to be close to the airport, and remain at a reasonable budget.

This place was a dive. The room smelled bad. They make you jump through hoops to get breakfast. (stale bagels)

One Night Stay

Stayed for one night in September. Good points: staff very helpful and courteous, quiet at night, IHOP restaurant on premises, free airport shuttle, very affordable - no frills. Bad points: A/C unit very loud, one wall had water damage near floor - frayed wallpaper and mildew smell, sleep sofa crammed into room with king bed.

Pay more for something else - this stay has soured this chains name for me.

We were at the very back of the complex. There is only one way in/out. The sign going into the back lot said "park at your own risk". We were going to a concert in SF, so this stay was strictly for convenience. Upon retiring, there were a couple of long brown hairs on the pillows. So I went to get a pillow from the other double bed... those pillows also had hairs on them. The beds did not have fitted sheets, so if you turned while sleeping, the sheet under you would scrunch up and by morning, everything under you was pulled away from the sides, so the mattress itself was exposed. I did not sleep and I was very tired. The bathroom had some kind of small leak on the floor near the baseboard. There was something brown, almost like a little chunk of ground beef in the puddle... very disgusting. I did not complain to the staff because I was with someone and just did not want go there since the main thing of the trip was to go and have a good time/experience. Have to say that while the initial check in experience was good and the staff was pleasant, I will never stay there and would be very reluctant to ever stay at any of their locations - again.

Great Place to Stay

This hotel was exactly as described! We were very happy with our room and the staff. Rooms were nice & clean, maybe a bit worn... as expected, but the best value we’ve ever found in the Bay Area. We’ll come back again & recommend it to our friends.

Basic at best

This hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere and so is only good for one night to be close to the airport. The whole place had a very tired feel, although was generally clean and tidy enough. The man that checked us in seemed to have very little local knowledge and was very reluctant to help us find a number for Domino’s Pizza. Our main complaint was upon checking out we asking the desk to call us a taxi and they got us a limo which cost $45 for what should have been a $20 journey.

good for one night near the airport

We needed a place for one night with shuttle service to SFO for an early flight. Although not much top look at from the outside, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the interstate so noise could be a factor if you were on that side. Service levels acceptable

Was a fair hotel for the price

The hotel was fine for the price. It is more of a budget hotel and it achieved the goal of a clean nights stay. Being a budget motel the interior is more on the tired side. My one complaint is the free interent did not work from my room and I noticed on other reviews that others have had the same complaint with the office trying to blaim it on each persons computer which is a cop out. They have something wrong with their system.

You get what u pay for

The room was okay. Some of the other occupants seemed a little shady. Sounded like there was a party in the room next to me. Booked 2 rooms for one night and they were so far away from each other you had to get in the car to drive from one room to the next. People walking around outside most of the night. Very cheap for san francisco area. Room was clean but a little runned down and beds were not very comfortable. I would probably stay there again if I was short on cash, otherwise I would try somewhere else.

Not the best bang for your buck

Sure its cheap in price, but dang you really do get what you pay for. The television was small and although they mentioned they offered able television, they only have like 12 channels displaying images and out of those channels only 6 worked. Kinda like a motel room that you would take a girl after a bar or night out. Dont recommend it, pay an extra 20 bucks and stay somewhere across the street.

No local channels on tv, ice machine not functioning (looked like long term), shabby hotel room. OK, but there are better places with friendlier staff.

Plan to come back in near future

We enjoyed our stay, though it was brief. The room and bed were nice and comforting, and the breakfast was most enjoyable. It’s a nice and convenient stay for those on business/pleasure and passing through town.

terrible! That’s it

I was in emergency but they was not be helpful at all, rather, forced me to check out in 20 minutes without useing any room facility! And when I asked them to call a taxi, they called limousine. I had never had such the worst service. I will never back to the hotel. Also, the restaurant connected to the hotel, was terrible taste and price with the worst service as well.

Great price and it was comfortable.

Poor maintenace motel

The price is cheap for this motel. However,the second day I had to move to the different room because the ceiling was leaking water in the bathroom.After I move to the new room, the next day, the toilet was overflowed. The motel clerk had to send the plumber guide to fix it. The bathroom sliding door was awful , it ’s so hard to pull.

Well...

It is a nice price, but not a fancy or fine hotel. They’ve got the basic breakfast. I did not have cable TV (basic channels). Good things: close to the airport, not that far from SF Downtown and relative good price.

Twin peaks and union square are nice places to start and check out SF.

Cheap, Clean, and Easy

We just needed two rooms to sleep in before visiting San Francisco for the day. The room was a little worn, but the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location makes it very easy to find.
