This was my 16 year old granddaughter's favorite hotel! She loved the charm of the room & having her own bedroom. She hated to leave & said if our flight had been cancelled for a couple of days...EL RANCHO INN was where she wanted to stay! I totally agree! Awesome price, too! We all loved it & if we ever get back...El Rancho Inn will be our go to hotel! Just a wonderful hotel! Quaint & so, SO charming!

I had to exchange my room key 6 times, meaning walk from my room to the office and back 6 times and had to move me to a different room and still Had to exchange one key. The door handle on the dresser was broken and sharp. There was so much chlorine in the pool it left a film on the body, the smoke detector battery needed to be replaced during the night so it kept beeping all night and there was a shooting during the night. 5 shots went off around 2:30am.

They had a bottle of cheap white wine to offer., no red wine.The front desk host should not be working in a customer service position. Perhaps she was tired (it was 10:30 when I checked in) or perhaps she hates her job.

For the price, it was fantastic. Everything was so clean. They have a restaurant/cafe. The free breakfast was fantastic and tasted really good. There’s so much food. I think they have a buffet dinner that you can purchase if you want. They have a pool and a small gym, with cardio machines, a few benches, and dumbbells. I definitely recommend!

The breakfast was very nice. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The facility is older, its near the train, but we slept well. It was average and cost effective! Staff were pleasant.

The staff was rude at check in and the room was not very clean. The carpet was dirty and had stains and some felt sticky. There was also a musky smell in the room. The only saving grace was the bed and pillows were comfortable.
