Check-in was fast and staff was nice, however, we were exhausted when we got in around midnight, so I missed some hidden fees. I didn’t realize parking was $33/night and I have a $50 charge that I thought was a deposit but it hasn’t been returned yet. The room looked clean, but the shower was missed. There was hair on the wall and maybe a hair product. I didn’t complain, it wasn’t a huge deal but the very clean Super 8 we stayed at the night before set the cleanliness bar high. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice surprise to not only see shampoo, conditioner and body wash but body lotion was also available in large bottles. The warm cookies at check-in were great and appreciated.

It was convenient being right off the freeway. We were there from the Sacramento area over the 4th of July, because our dog does extremely bad with fireworks. We heard a few around 9-10:30 pm. but it did quiet down after that. All and all we had an excellent experience. I want to thank Nadia personally for helping me with our reservations, because we ended up having to book a day early. I was so impressed with her professionalization and understanding of our situation. She got everything completed for me with ease. She was excellent! Please make sure she gets our accolades for a job well done.

Our air conditioner did not work & we called for help, which was promptly sent, although the a/c was then on full blast & we were unable to adjust it at all, so we froze. The warm cookie at reception was lovely, the restaurant was excellent & the room was very clean.

This hotel is near the airport and have free shuttle buses to the airport. Only bad thing about this hotel is no restaurant around but hotel have a big restaurant and bar if you want to eat there.
