This unassuming hotel on the edge of the Tenderloin was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and a very good value for a no frills budget hotel. Easy check in, a friendly staff, and a good location close to public transit means that I will stay there again.

Was a delightful stay! They were all so lovely at the property and the room was cozy and perfect for my weekend stay! It’s centrally located to the Powell station. Some of the plugs in my room didn’t work but it was alright. A great hotel!

The place is a disaster, smells awful. Nothing like the pictures. On top of that if this is your first time in San Francisco this is the worst place to stay, is unsafe, full of homeless and dangerous people.

Noisy, dirty neighborhood. All night homeless making noise and fighting in the street. Racing cars and loud music from cars. Not good for kids. Hotel itself inside was great. No good parking options. Nearby parking for $50 a night.
