Once you are in the property you feel safe. The staff was not the friendliest. I was in line at their Pantry and the person at the register allowed two people to cut in front of my family even though I alerted them.

The staff were excellent. Got me into a room that met my specifications and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. The location is outstanding. Trader Joe's and Target were across the streets for quick shopping and wholefoods is about 10 minutes walk. Will definitely stay there again if i can get the same room.

The staff was so helpful on a daily basis not just on check in. We met a few different staff members and they all were great at giving directions or letting us know the best spots to sight see, had great conversations with them.

Nice property in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Close to shopping and the cable car stop. The negatives were no self parking option and no free WiFi. $90 for valet per day is quite expensive.

A very nice sized 2 queen Corner View room with amazing views of the city, clean and quiet with no noise from outside. Convenient valet parking is available and keeps your car safe. The breakfast buffet was appropriately priced and provided a good variety. Very walkable and with nearby transit options that allowed us to explore the city and the surrounding area quite easily. Looking forward to staying again in a few months.
