Very nice hotel and staff was very friendly.

Highly impressed

We had one of the best stays ever at the Hyatt Place Primacy Park. The hotel was clean and truely smoke free. The staff was very friendly and extra accomodating no matter what our needs were.I ordered food from the hotel menu and it was excellent. We would have been more than happy to spend the entire weekend at the hotel. I almost forgot to mention the flat panel hi-def tv that had an excellent picture and more channels than I’ve ever seen available at a hotel. We truely can’t wait to go back.

The hotel did an excellent job of setting up the flat panel tv for hooking up dvd players, camcorders and other devices so if your traveling with kids and want to keep them occupied in the room, plugging in other video devices will never be easier.

The hotel was a great find. Great room, clean, really good bed. Breakfast was a nice add on.

I wish that this hotel was everywhere I go.

Lovely hotel

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Our room was nice, clean, and large enough for a family of four. When we visit Memphis again, we will definately stay at the Hyatt.

Great value,hotel is located in a very secluded area, but is close to everything. Cleanliness of a hotel & room are very important to my wife & I, this hotel met & surpassed our standards.

very spacious, clean rooms

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were the biggest we had stayed in. We are a family of six and we had plenty of room. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel & location

My husband & I stayed 1 night at the Hyatt Place & we loved it. I had never stayed at this franchise before so it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very nice & modern & clean. Loved the suite style with the lounge & 42 inch flat screen. Breakfast wasn’t that great with choices, but the hotel overall made up for it. It is close to attractions like Civil Rights Museum, Graceland & Beale Street.

Loved It, Loved It, Loved It!!

This was both my first stay in Memphis and also @ Hyatt Place. From the lobby to the room, this place is pristine. Tastefully decorated and such a professional efficient staff. We’re planning another trip to Memphis before the summer ends and we already know where we’ll stay!!

Clean but not fancy

We were hoping for something a little nicer. It was clean but not much nicer than some cheaper hotels. We equated the name Hyatt with a higher class hotel and it was not what we expected.

Good hotel

It was a very nice, comfortable hotel. The biggest problem: it was hard to find! There were two more turns than I expected, because I thought it was near the highway exit. With directions or a detailed map one can get there easily, though.

Very nice hotel

A nice step up from many similar chains; better breakfast options (ie freshly prepared egg dishes at an extra fee but well worth it); nicely appointed rooms; bar and food options in the evening.

Wanted local place for barbecue. Desk clerk recommended "The Commissary". Was only 5-6 miles away in Germantown. Very good ribs and a lot of local flavor.

Outstanding staff and cutomer service. The staff treated my family very well.

Clean, clean, clean. Very quiet. Great coffee at brunch. The next time we vacation I will be looking for the Hyatt Place nearest me.

The hotel was located in a very nice area of Memphis. Great dining just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel is located across the street from a hospital, which was an added feature if you are on vacation for a week with small children.

No up to Hyatt Place standards

The room where we were first placed was supposedly "previously" a smoking room. There was no "No Smoking" signage and the room reaked of stale tobacco odor. The work desk was filthy and sticky. I used a wet cloth to wipe the desk and the white towel turned brown. Very offputting. The second day we had to request room service because we somehow missed the cleaning assignments. Unfortunately, this delayed what would normally be "nap time" for the kids by an hour.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Don’t use the room phone for any outgoing calls. A call to a restaurant and a golf course within 2 miles cost fify-eight cents per minute. Go to downtown Memphis and eat Rendevous or Blue City diner BBQ. Don’t leave Memphis without it.

Great place to stay!!!

Went to this hotel over spring break with my wife and 3 small children. The hotel was very impressive. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The kids didnt want to leave. Only minor things were bad: hair dryers in room didnt heat up, and the continental breakfast was nicely done but not many options. Everything else was GREAT!!! I would stay here again and again.

The room was plenty big to set up our pack n play for the baby. The rooms are also set up nice for a night in watching a movie. It had a nice big couch that was separate from the beds, bathroom, etc. Great for families!

Great with the exception of the choices for breakfast- too many carbs & minimal protein

Room was ready for early check-in. Hotel is used by tour groups (group of senior citizens and group of teenagers were there during our stay). Teenage group did not present a problem. This hotel exceeded our expectations and is in a very save location. Should it ever be needed, a first class hospital with a heart center is nearby.

Very Nice Hotel

We found a very clean and well appointed hotel during our visit. Staff was efficient and friendly, the breakfast was great. As nice of a hotel as we have been at for quite a while.

Great little hotel

For the price, this is a great little hotel, with easy parking. Rooms are well designed and functional. It doesnt have room service (and didnt stay long enough to try breakfast), but if that is not a problem, probably one of the best places to stay in Memphis. You can even get you morning espresso and muffin at the lobby on your way out in the morning!!

Very Impressed

We have stayed in many hotels and this was literally one of the best. Staff was great. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean, modern, efficiently laid out and lovely. There is an electonic panel to the side of the 42" flat screen HD TV and close to the desk that accomodated every type of electronic device a person could need to plug in or charge. The TV can be viewed from every angle in the room. The bed was great and with top notch pillows and linens. Bathroom was great and stocked. Little wet bar area nice with refrigerator. By far the best value for our hotel dollar that we have spent.

Great restaurants on every corner of this hotel, PF Changs, Ruth’s Chris, down the street from Cozymels Mexican restarant. Easy access to the expressway to head to Beale Street or Graceland. Hotel situated in a lovey suburb of Memphis called Germantown. Gorgeous neighborhoods to drive around in. Felt very safe here.

Nice Hotel

A nice hotel, big room, and the TV was large and nice. Very clean and nice people at the front counter. The only down side I could see is if the hotel is full there could be a problem with noise. When I was there you could hear people talking and moving inside the rooms as you passed by in the hall. The people at the front counter did a good job in making sure to put an extra room between guests. This made our nights stay very nice.

Nice Hotel

This is a new Hyatt Place, and just like all other Hyatt Place’s I’ve stayed at, it was very nice. Large, clean rooms, helpful staff, good food, comfortable bed, and nice TV. Couldn’t ask for much more.
