The mold growing on grout lines at the tub wall was disturbing. The toilet wasn't completely anchored to the floor. The air filter for the heating unit hasn't been cleaned, maybe ever. The rust on the lamp bases hinted at a prior flood -- they should have been replaced. The mattress was comfortable but that's the only good thing I can think to say.
