Nice Downtown Hotel

The only issue with this Downtown hotel option was the strange musty smell in the hallways and room. I would bring a plug-in air freshener. The room was very clean, so I’m not sure where the smell was coming from. The parking lot was right outside the front door, so very convenient. 4th street bars and restaurants was a block down - good to check out for a night. Downtown Cleveland is very close to several suburbs that also have great shopping and restaurants. The downtown city market is a must see.

Cleveland Rocks

Room was huge and clean. Bed very comfortable. Short walking distance to many attractions/venues. Good breakfast spread.

Great Value

Great location--walking distance to 5th Ave and central park. Staff was friendly and secured our bags in a locked area upon our early arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only inconvenience is that you often have to double park on a busy street and wait for the valet to park the car.

Although the breakfast buffet in the hotel was very good, we opted for the Au Bon Pain around the corner. They have great options for half the price. Also, check out Les Halles for dinner (Park and 27th).

Very comfortable and quiet

I was allowed to check in early. All questions were answered and good directions given to local attractions. It was quiet throughout the day and all night. The check in and out people were very nice. I would stay there again.

I went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame which was about an 8 block walk. Definitely go if you are ever in Cleveland!!!

Loved the wooden decor!

For a Holiday Inn the decor was straight out of the early 1900’s with the wooden floors and molding. Great location for those with no access to car, we walked everywhere and the hotel was in a great location, close to everything.

I loved the hardwood floors, what a nice touch to give a hotel room. The breakfast was very nice, an overall nice stay.

Great hotel in downtown Cleveland

Very Impressed!

Another great aspect to staying in this hotel, is its location. THe hotel was in wlaking distance to many areas of downtown. The beds, pillows, amenities were exceptional!

Impressed

Saw that I could get a Jacuzzi room for roughly the same price as a standard room at competing hotels. Couldn’t refuse that at all. Parking was very close to the hotel. There were only 2 things which werent that big but if they were fixed the room would be flawless. Bathroom door didnt shut and the plug on the Jacuzzi leaked slowly. I work for a very large Hotel/Resort here in Ohio and have high standards. I believe they were met by our stay.

Very Pleased Customer!!!

We had a fantastic time!! We were there on our honeymoon and it was a blast!! The roon was very clean and the jauzi tub was just amazing!! We left our car in the parking lot across the street and walked all over downtown Cleveland!! I can not wait to go again!!! Close to the Rock Hall and we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, awesome food!! The hotels Breakfast was excellant and had everything you could imagine!! Thank you so much for the time of our lives!!

Great Hotel

I loved this hotel. The room was HUGE, nice comfortable beds, excellent breakfast in the morning. In close walking distance to progressive field, the Q, house of blues and Tower City. We stay in Cleveland often and this is by far the best hotel for the price! Cant’t beat it. We will definately stay again.

nice hotel

While this was not my first trip to Cleveland this was my first stay at the Holiday Inn on Euclid. The historical details and interior of the hotel remain untouched but the parking leaves alot to be desired. We had to pay for parking but it was not on site. You must walk out the hotel and down the block to park at the parking deck. I did not feel safe doing that and in fact was approached by many panhandlers on my way back to the hotel at night. Also if you are uneasy with small spaces I would suggest the stairs. The elevators were kinda small and to travel from floor to floor you must swipe your room key, so if you forget your key your elevator will go to the first floor but the doors will not open, a very scary situation of me when it happened.

Chose the hotel because it was one of the closest to the House of Blues, was surprised at quality and cleanliness of the place. Next year I will defn. come back again.

Flannigan’s has some great selections on tap. Perfect place to stay if your going to a show at the House of Blues.

Very Noisy

I stayed over Saturday and Sunday night. People down the hall were making noise all night. Woke me up. Very disturbing. The following morning I asked the staff were I could find a place to have a nice Sunday Brunch. They had no idea.

Very Pleased

We enjoyed the room, felt it was very nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. We didn’t have water on the last morning of our stay and the staff quickly brought bottled water to us. There are plenty of places around the hotel within walking distance and we felt that was a plus.

Would never go back

This hotel is old and worn out. The heat does not work properly and it took three trips to my room to get it above 64 degrees. My ethernet line was not working and after three phone calls to the front desk, no one ever came up to assist me. I would never stay there again!

Close to the Downtown Cleveland Action - Good Price

Large room size, a little dirty, nothing to complain about on a one night trip. 1.5 blocks to Jacobs Field and the Arena. Good Location. Good Price.
