Great location. Close to everything. Our king room was very clean and spacoius. The bathroom was surprisingly a good size considering it's an old building. We loved the lobby bar area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Cincinnati.

This hotel was very clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The only criticism I have is it was not clear where to self park. We ended up using Valet parking due to this & the Valet staff was amazing. They catered to our every need.

I enjoyed the historic architecture of the hotel. It is beautiful. It's a great place to have drinks in an amazing art deco space. We had a beautiful corner room. The elevators were extremely slow and when we were checking out many elevators went past full, we couldn't get on an elevator and it was very difficult to get an elevator. The garage is difficult to navigate and we were not given clear instructions on how to find the garage entry.

The building this hotel in has some really cool architectural details, and is quite beautiful! The room was small, but considering we only stayed one night for a concert in town it worked out fine. Quiet, AC worked well, no complaints from us

Service in Restaurant Saturday night was rude (guy behind bar) and girl dishwasher or putting glasses away. Then she followed us.. but didn’t help… i wanted to take my peanuts .. they talked behind my back.. didn’t help.. we went to front desk, bought a glass to put them in.

The property was in a great location, but that's about the only good part of it. The front desk staff was not helpful when asked about local amenities, and was very flustered every time we needed them. Also, the rooms are atrocious. Stains on the floor, smallest bathroom we've ever had in a hotel, no Icemaker anywhere on the floor. Sure, the entry into the hotel looks amazing, but there was no investment into making the rooms look and feel good.

Only problem we had was check-in took a good while. About 20 minutes to check in with a long line. Other than that, they have VIP parking which cost just a little bit more than self Park way worth it. Walkable and safe.

Amazing deco interior! It was a pleasure to walk through the lobby, bar and dining room each day. Room was small but had everything I needed. Sadly, the downtown core seems to be extremely depressed: there were restaurants but 0 retail, much construction but mostly vacant. sad compared to how vital this area used to be.

The hotel was built in 1931 and has been preserved to take you back to that era when you step through the doors. The interior is beautiful. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Great location that is near a streetcar station or walking distance to the waterfront. Fountain Square nearby had live music each night and was a nice place to enjoy the sunshine each day.

Enjoyed the classic hotel feel. Room was small but that was all we needed. Was need to see the antique looking figures and in the lobby. The bath was also very classic. Bed was nice and room was quiet. Enjoyed being able to walk to the Riverfront area and watch a Reds game. Would recommend for those planning to stay a day or two

There was no coffee available, when asked for it at the bar, was told it was a $4 charge. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door at 8am and checkout wasn’t till 11am. Breakfast through the week is $25 for the buffet and it was cold, very limited and bland. Continental breakfast at other hotels are better.
