Very reasonable for such a large, well-appointed room with a great location. Breakfast also was excellent--it has healthy choices!

Fantastic Experience in Cleveland Downtown!
This wonderful hotel is right in the heart of Downtown, convenient to all the best of Cleveland. The hotel is large, clean, quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The common areas were very clean and spacious, and well appointed and comfortable. You can see the work that’s been put into the recent renovations. Rooms were very spacious, every amenity one might think of. If you use dishes and don’t feel like washing up, the housekeeping staff will do it for you! Good hot free breakfast, with lots of choices. Just a really great hotel overall. Desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable. At the moment, their courtesy shuttle only goes to the Cleveland Clinic, but everything is within a short walk or short drive. Underground parking garage really small - even with a small car it was hard to get either a place to park or to move around in. Will absolutely stay here again with my boyfriend, sister, and brother-in-law when we return to Cleveland next May.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The "Q" (Quicken Loans Arena) is right across the street. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame about 5 blocks away, near Browns Stadium and the Great Lakes Science Center. Fantastic resturaunts everywhere, within blocks of hotel, including Lola and The House Of Blues.

i love this hotel
this is oneof the best hotels ive stayedin the staff was friendly also there was night club directly across the street if your ever in cleveland please give it a try

Nice hotel, excellent staff
I was only here for one night, but it was a really pleasant stay. Very convenient location, right across from the ballfield and adjacent to some good restaurants. The staff was as friendly and helpful as I have ever experienced. The room was huge and well appointed. Even though there was a ball game, it was very quiet. The city is looking good.

I had dinner at Chops in the warehouse district. excellent food, and service. There are many nice restuarants in the area.. try any of them.

good cleveland hotel
Great hotel for an easy walk to the Quicken Loans arena or Progressive Field. Whenever my husband and I go to a Cleveland game, that is our hotel of choice. It’s convenient and the price is great.

Great hotel
The only problem we had was with parking. They didn’t give us a special parking tag and anyone off the street could park in their underground lot.

Excellent Choice
Clean, comfortable and elegant. We had friendly staff which recommended a nice restaurant close by and let us know that it provides hotel patrons with a 10% discount when you show your room key. The water pressure is great in the shower. Amenities were provided at every turn, including a refrigerator, microwave and a vending machine downstairs with frozen meals, champagne and plenty of soda & snacks, etc available. Our only suggestion would be that the continental breakfast might be served until a little later in the morning. We enjoyed our stay very much and will absolutely stay there again in the future!

Flannigans is close by, offers a 10% discount to hotel patrons and serves excellent food. Try the ham & cheese potato soup; it’s delicious!

Plan on going back soon for another long weekend
We loved that we were right in the middle of downtown Cleveland. We had a place where we could park and we were in walking distance or a short cab ride to places we wanted to visit. Was very impressed with the breakfast provided...did wish that they offered pop as well or other types of milk besides 2%. Staff was very friendly and would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted a comfortable and safe hotel that is close to the downtown action to anyone. We are planning another leisure trip soon and will make our hotel reservations there.

Close to Jacob’s Field, Quicken Arena, Cleveland Browns Stadium...good food and nighlife.

Not impressed at all!!
I wasn’t impressed at all with this hotel. I would never stay there again. I arrived around 3pm on a Saturday and the staff that was working at that time were very unprofessional. The carpet on the 6th floor is coming up, which creates a big harzard. I’ll spend my money somewhere else next time.

Love this hotel
Great hotel that is walking distance to the Tower City Amphitheater. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large enough to spend a few days in Cleveland!
