"A short stroll from rail station and the town centre. Welcoming and helpful reception. Room and hotel decor added to good first impressions. I enjoyed my stay. A comfortable bed and good night's sleep are important and did not disappoint. The air conditioning was available and a door led to a Juliet balcony style for fresh air. Breakfast was basically toast and jams etc. orange juice and a hot drink. Spanish style, though an omelette would have been a nice option."

"J'ai payé sur Expédia 108 euros pour 4 nuits, à l'arrivée on me demande 88 euros pour le séjour... ils ne voyaient soi-disant plus les correspondances avec Expedia... Bref, état de la chambre : couverture sale, poils dans la salle d'eau, sol non aspiré, sombre, vue sur cour intérieur sale, ... J'y ai dormi une seule nuit sur les 4 payées, car en rentrant le soir suivant le lit n'était pas refait ! En plus une odeur de cigarette comme si un fumeur s'en était donné à coeur joie... Retour...

"This is a terrific hotel! It's just a few feet from the Plaza Mayor (which is convenient but if you have a room facing the Plaza it will be very noisy at night). The rooms are spacious and very clean. The cost is reasonable and in my opinion one of the best value for Euro we experienced during our 3 week stay in Spain. And you get a free breakfast to boot. The staff is excellent! We had a problem which required us to stay in Caceres for two additional days and Rafael was immensely helpful in...

"Great place and great staff. We arrived late but the staff rang us and gave us the entry code and where to park. Even the parking guy had a map for the short walk back to the apartment. The apartment was quiet clean and comfy. Walk walk out the door and you are in the middle of everything you can’t get closer. They even provide a history and what to see in the room guide. A great find and highly recommended "

"Stayed here for three nights after a few hectic weeks of traveling. It was the perfect place to relax. Esmerelda was very helpful and friendly in check-in and always available if needed. The room was a good size with comfortable bed and an ensuite with unlimited hot water. Trujillo itself is a lovely little spot with plenty to see and great views from the battlements of the old fortress. Plaza Mayor is a great place to while away your time with a book and a cold beer.
