The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

Great value!

Exceptional value! Large clean room with equally large and clean bathroom. Great parking including covered slots right by the front door. Friendly and well-priced cafeteria. Would definitely return!

This is a decent hotel, for us to make an overnight stop on way to Portugal. Outlr room was spacious and clean, free outdoor parking was part of the reason why we chose this hotel (would have preferred indoor parking though). We had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which gave good value for money. Breakfast buffet was okay, too.

Everything was great. There were two ducks in the swimming pool, but we understood they were from the outside, they used to come flying and the hotel couldn’t do almost nothing to avoid it. People were very very nice .

The entire hotel is spotless clean, not fancy but extremely practical finishes, furniture and decorations. The food served as European buffet is very diverse and tasty. We were very pleased with staff professionalism and kindness. We'll surely mark this hotel as ine of the preferred spots to stay at during our travels through Spain.

Beautiful Hotel well positioned for exploring Mérida, everything good, but it would of been helpful to know in advance that Restaurant and Bar would be closed during our stay.

Nice hotel. We had a triple, which was pretty tight space wise but workable. Cigarette smoke from the other rooms came through the ventilation, which was annoying. The pool area was lovely. Would stay here again.

It’s fine for its class. In the road out of Merida. I chose it principally because it accepts dogs (travelling to ferry at Bilbao). Rooms are tired and poorly specc’d. Even a 2m cable could not allow me to charge something by the bed, a 3m cable would be required. Furnishings are mid 80s. Beds are likely subject to failure if a heavy person lay on them. Beer was cold and entrecôte was “un poco hecho” as required. Ample parking was available.

Room and facilities were appealing. But a few minor details were lacking - toiletries, tissues, ironing board, literature about property amenities (restaurant/bar). Parking was relatively easy, but the lot itself is tight and space sizes are non-standard. On the other hand, reception was friendly and helpful. And the room was comfortable.

We stay overnight at this hotel and the room had a terrible smell. The lady at the desk was really friendly so she gave us different room. But the room is OK for one night because is cheap so i guess you get what you pay for.

Over Night In Merida

It was an overnight stay and we found the staff, food and facilities excellent. One small issue was that at a very early hour there was noise in the corridor our room as on. I suspect it was due to a tour bus leaving everyone was leaving their rooms and were chatting as they left moving through the corridor. This is our second time to stay at this hotel and we did not experience this the first so will stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!
