Family stay

We had a great experience at this location. The manager was very responsive. We had the pool heated and it was on when we arrived and had no problems during our stay. The one thing i didn't like is that flat sheets are used as fitted sheets on the bed. It wouldn't stay where it should and was a bit annoying, but otherwise, everything was really great!

Asked for a hammer to fix a nail coming through the carpet and was informed they would send maintenance to repair.Also asked for a larger frying pan as we would be staying for four weeks and only an 8 inch pan was supplied. Followed up with several more phone requests with no result so I purchased a small hammer to do the repair myself and I puchased a larger frypan that I will take away with me
