“Room was great. Garden area was great. Check in and check out was very smooth. Our only issue was that our wifi in the room didn’t work at all.”

“My main issue with this hotel was the poor sound insulation. The walls and doors let a lot of noise through, especially loud door slamming during the evening and night. I woke up several times because of the noise, which made my stay uncomfortable. I find this level of noise disturbance unacceptable for a hotel stay. Another issue was the flooring in the room. The floor was extremely cold, there were no carpets, and the hotel did not provide slippers or sandals. Most guests do not automatically……
