"I had to double pay for the room. I paid expedia, but when i got there, they had my reservation but no money so I had to pay twice for the room. Expedia needs to either clarify that going through them and paying only reserves the room. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. "

" We stayed in Roatan for 30 days. Our first impression of the place was the building looked nice. The inside was OK but what they outfitted the place with was horrible, the cheapest stuff you could possibly buy. Yes it did work but we got a good laugh every time we had to use anything. The first three nights a huge tree keep banging into the side of the house with the slightest breeze. The oven didn't work and we ran out of propane.
