“Parking lot full of weeds. Pillows were very small, had to ask for two more, which staff had to get from another room. Photo on website showed facility across the street. New staff member seemed woefully inadequate. Little things like knob on endtable came off in my hand when I tried to open the drawer.”

“The room was ok. The sheets were clean but blankets and bedspreads had old cigarettes holes. The bath towels were new. The public areas were sad and worn. I got locked out of my room in the morning and there was no one around to help me. ”
