“We got a standard room (200,000 IDR) instead of the superior room that we had booked (450,000 IDR). The host arrived the following day - he didnt even care to answer the phone. No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room. The room we stayed in had a broken bed, a window impossible to close, absolutely reeking toilet due to not working sewer system, the door lock stuck so the host……

“The property is close to the airport so very convenient if you have an early flight. Appart from its location I did not find the property very memorable.”
