“I stayed two night's at the Russell Hotel. Absolutely no complaints, staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The building itself is old and quaint, within easy walking distance from the town centre. My room was at the very top of the building, my stay was during a heatwave, the hotel doesn't have aircon so the room was very hot, so sleep was difficult. I asked for a fan, but it had already been given to another guest. So perhaps the owners could……

“Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. I took full advantage of the gym set up they had on site which provided enough equipment to take care of my cardio and weights needs. I explored nearby Maidstone for dining options after refreshing myself under a very powerful shower. A very good……

“Estancia perfecta, me encanta la fácil entrada independiente, sin recepción. Yo añadiría un centro de cocina eléctrico, ya hay frigorífico, microondas, todo para cocinar, por qué no añadir una placa eléctrica, mejor que cocinar en el microondas. También una cafetera de cualquier tipo. Aparte de eso, gran estancia!”

“Stay here on regular basis when visiting my brother in Lingfield. Great pub and great food. Rooms comfy and convenient, I particularly like having the exterior rooms . ”

“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, walking distance to sea front one way and main town the other - about 5 minutes. Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising. Will definitely return!”
