"Do not stay here. The front desk kept asking me about how much paid for my room, probably to decide where to place me irrespective what it said on my booking. I was put in a room in ground floor with no shower heads. The whole night there was noise next my room coming from within the hotel. Ans then 5 AM someone at the reception started playing loud music on their phone. I barely got any sleep the whole night."

"No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."

"Everything is great for the prize, BUT if you need to work remotely, there are no connectors to charge your laptop in the room. I needed to go to the dinning room to work everyday, which is not ideal if you have meetings."

"this property had hot water which is not typical for a hotel in Colombia. They had free breakfast every morning and if you didn't they would call you to see if you wanted something and they would bring it to your room. They have a laundry and ironing service for a small fee. The location was really great. You could walk to almost everything. They also have a parking lot. They do not offer coffee in the lobby as most American hotels and there is not restaurant or bar inside. There also isn't an...
