“Me gustó el aseo general de la habitación y su tamaño. La piscina no la usamos porque se veía sucia y al final Expedia me cobró más dinero que el que cobraba el hotel directamente.”

“Best hotel I've stayed at in Bucaramanga. Only one with a bidet attachment to the toilet I've seen. The views of Floridablanca are great. The pool isn't as big as other hotels, but it is nice.”

“I was charged a tax fee that was not included in the Expedia amount. I’m going to top it all off. There was a small cockroach in my bedroom.”

“I arrived earlier than the 3pm check-in, but the staff made no effort to accommodate me. They told me my room was ready around 11:30am, but it wasn't. I still had to wait past 3pm to check-in. The fridge in the room did not work and didn't notice until my medicine went bad. I had to purchase it without insurance and the price was as much as this AWFUL hotel. This is the last time I will ever stay in this property.”
