“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

“It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games……

“This unit was booked for my wife and mother while my son and I played/stayed at ASV. Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere.”
