"Firstly, they are not responsive at all. Their point of contact with Hotels.com does not speak English, which makes it difficult to sort out any situation. I booked a 4-bed dorm and when I got there, they put me in a 8-bed dorm. I complained about it and they said they were overbooked and couldn't give me what I paid for. "Perfect location right off Saldana square however I never saw a single room that looked like the picture featured here! Room was large and had refrigerator, but had 2 very dated very thin mattress beds, there was no actual reception, ‘’ ‘breakfast ‘ was a disaster, I did not eat there, managers are awol. Only talked on the phone and met one person when I arrived and got room key."
