There was no staff antwhere to be found in order to check in. Once i did find one she was not the nicest of people. The bed was the hardest i've ever slept on. And there was a urine smell down the hallway.

The place is very quiet. Staff is friendly. But my room was dity. I gound hair in the tub snd the floor was vacuumed poorly. There a tile on bathroom floor broken, so when you step out of tub you would catch it with ypur toes. The black out curtain was stapled around the window. No was to open it, couldn't even shut it all the way.

First time staying at an Americinn. Won’t be staying at another anytime soon. Garbage cans outside the entries were full and overflowing. Overwhelming smell of air deodorizer. Furniture was old and veneer was chipped. Pillows were old. Pool was empty and garbage was all over the pool area. Both sets of stairs I used looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years. Way overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

Pancake machine did not work. No milk for cereal. Garbage can overflowing by food. Little milk containers for coffee spoiled. Nobody at check in, had to wait for 10 minutes. Drain in bathtub did not drain.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was salt and other crumbs on the counter and small amounts of feces in the toilet, which we saw immediately. Called the desk clerk and he refused to even come to see the condition of the room. He said he was there when it was cleaned and it’s clean now. Said if we didn’t like the room, go somewhere else! It was 1:00 in the morning!! We stayed. The next day we talked to the manager and she was horrible! She also claimed that the room was clean and that she inspects all the rooms. Told us she would not honor the third night reservation and to go else where. Then she went into what I assume is an office and slammed the door. The pool had no water and was, I suppose, being cleaned, but what was there was bright green sludge. The whirl pool was not working either. Truly a terrible experience! I wish I had read the reviews of this property before I made the reservation, as other people had similar situations and actually called the manager a woman from a horror movie.

The night desk clerk was extremely rude when we discovered our room was not entirely clean and wouldn’t even come down to confirm what we were talking about. He said he was there when the room was cleaned and he knows it was clean. Said if we didn’t like it, go somewhere else. It was 1:00 in the morning! When we spoke to the manager the next day she said the same thing, she inspected the room and knew it was clean and if we didn’t like it we could go somewhere else, hotels are open 24 hours a day. She would not honor the third night’s reservation. The pool was in the process of being cleaned, but was filled with green slime, which appeared to have been there for quite sometime. Would never go back!

Clean, but older
Clean, although older property. Staff was pleasant but very limited; we checked in around 8 pm and lobby was not manned at any time during our stay. I called from front desk upon arrival and manager came inside to check us in. There was nobody on desk again in the morning, despite having free breakfast in lobby and being prime checkout time.

This property is tired. Needs someone to just fix little things. Like the tables in the lobby for breakfast. All of them are wiggly and need adjustment. The pancake machine was in need of attention and no staff available to fix it. The exterior door is off the hinges and needs to be reset. This is a security issue. Cleanliness was ok in the room, but the common areas need attention. I don’t think I saw any staff the whole 2 days I was there. At checkin I had to call to rouse a staff member to check me in. After that I saw no one. Some TLC would do wonders for this place.
