“Photos on the both hotels.com and the property's websites totally misleading. This property is not in good condition at all, back stairs from the carpark to the room did not feel safe. "Beer garden" was not maintained and uninviting. Room was clean including the bathroom, fridge and aircon good. Location is good, worried about the security for our car. “I'm not fussy. This was adequate and cheap. Toilet was clean, shower had mould strips that had clearly been there for a while. Bed was fine, a little soft for me but thats personal taste. Bizarrely, no soap at all. Plus despite a toaster and kettle, there was no cutlery, plates, cups, mugs or glasses. It smacks of being set for long term residents who would provide these items themselves. But I was a motel user, not a long term user. I need soap and a water glass, lol. Its a longish……

“Reception staff were on the phone when we walked in and did not acknowledge us for some 5 minutes then walked away as he acknowledged us bought out another staff member to deal with the phone matter then proceeded to tell us all about that matter. Eventually gave us our key after filling us in about what was on around town even though he was told I was born there. No phone numbers or addresses on any of the food outlets listed in the compendium, asked at reception to be told ‘must have been……
