“Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. ”
