“The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's walkable to everything. The hotel itself is in poor condition. Our room smelled, the shower had black mildew or mold all around the bottom, it looked gross so we didn't even use it. Bedding had stains, window sill was caked with dirt. We were so turned off by the state of the hotel that we didn't go for the breakfast. We were out and about most the time and literally only slept there.”

“Property was dated was right on the UTV trail so that was great!! Nothing special but comfortable enough for 4 nights”

“Parking was ok. The person who checked me in didn't even as for an ID. Very unfriendly. No paperwork was exchanged, odd overall. ”

“The location is excellent. Outside of town but close enough to everything.The outside table and chairs need to be washed. The room was clean. Still feel the grounds could be maintained a little better. Its such a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. And dollar lake is beautiful too. The outside grill is nice, but pricey. But to be expected. We have been staying here for quite a number if years, so nothing is changing our minds to not return.”
