"The hotel staff are really helpful. The man behind the desk gave us a friendly welcome and provided us with a map to show the route to the Eurotunnel terminal. The room was immaculate and provided everything you could want for a stopover. The only downside iwas that the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable for those who are used to soft mattresses.
