“We arrived to check in only to find out our reservation was cancelled a month prior with no notification. The friend’s we traveled with experienced the same issue. We were told Expedia overbooked them. So here we were, 4 adults and 3 children left stranded at 9:30 pm. We were very disappointed. Expedia had no notification of the cancellation or overbooking.”
